Cancellations and rescheduling:

• More than 24 hours’ notice: No fee
• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of the appointment fee applies
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full appointment fee applies

Your session may need to be shortened to avoid affecting the next guest. The full fee still applies.
